Bismillahi Raxmaani Raxiim,

First and foremost, I would like to express gratitude to Allah (SWT) for enabling us to prepare this modern application for Somali speakers that provides access to the Qur'an's interpretation in Somali, narrated by Sh. Maxamed Dirir. May Allah reward him with goodness.

Our goal in developing this application was to ensure it is user-friendly while incorporating modern features, allowing everyone to easily access the resources they need to listen to the interpretation of the Qur'an.

The application offers several notable features:

• You can select the Surah you wish to listen to from a list.
• You can choose specific Ayahs, which facilitates the ability to select parts of the Qur'an even while reading or listening, thereby allowing immediate access to interpretations of your chosen selections.
• The application includes three renowned reciters: Sh. C/Raxmaan Alsudais, Sh. Mishary Alcafaasi, and Sh. Sacad Alghamdi.
• Upon selecting a Surah, Ayah, and reciter, the Qur'an will open directly at your selection, enabling you to follow along as you listen to the interpretation.
• Users can bookmark any point in their listening experience, making it easy to resume from where they left off.
• If you receive a phone call while listening, the voice of the interpretation will pause and resume automatically when the call ends without requiring any further action from you.
• You can use other applications on your mobile device while listening to the interpretation.
• New reciters have been added.
• An English translation of the Qur'an is available for Somalis living abroad, aimed at enhancing their understanding.
• A new "Khatmo" feature allows you to complete the entire Qur'an within a timeframe of your choosing. You can select your preferred days or determine how much you wish to read per day.
• This section also includes a reminder or "Alarm" function that can be set for times that are convenient for you for reading or listening sessions.
• Additionally, you have the option to complete the Qur'an through reading only or while listening to Sh. Dirir’s interpretation.

We hope these features prove beneficial for all users. InshaAllah, we plan to introduce further enhancements in future updates.
